What to Bring When
Applying for a Loan

1. Money for appraisal & credit report.
2. Residence address for the past two years (landlord/address/phone #).
3. Name and address of employers for the past two years.
4. Past 2 years W-2’s. 1099’s, etc. with Federal tax returns w/all schedules (3 years W-2’s, 1099’s, etc. with Federal returns needed for KHC loans).
5. If self employed, corporation or partnership: 2 years tax returns w/all schedules, YTD P&L Statement w/balance sheet by CPA.
6. Last “30” days” pay stubs showing gross monthly salary and all deductions.
7. Last 2 statements on all checking, savings, investments.
8. 401k, IRA, Profit Sharing account and cash value
9. Names, address, account #’s, balances and monthly payment on all open charge accounts.
10. Address, Loan Information and Lease Agreements on all other real estate owned.
11. Certificate of Eligibility and/or DD214 or statement of services for VA loans.
